It all started out with a 16mm Ninja Turtles camera I received for my 5th birthday. Way before knowing what the term "white space" or "composition" meant, I was already creating imagery that made my hobbyist photographer of a father jealous.

20 years later, I've had the opportunity to work in every corner of the industry. From small interactive and print shops, global advertising agencies, to in-house design teams.

Beyond making things look pretty, I have a huge soft spot for leading initiatives that involve crafting useful and fulfilling experiences. As I believe the visual language is only as good as the backbone supporting it.

I have been endorsed and recognized for the following skills: interaction design, user experience, visual design, mobile/tablet design, conceptual ideology, advertising, creative direction, user-centered design, typography, branding & identity, motion graphics, information architecture, marketing and much more. In addition, I have a background in driving initiatives that include working with cross functional teams, guiding associate creatives, user testing, and a sprinkle of project management.

In my spare time, I enjoy attending shows at 924 Gilman and shooting landscape photography.
